Atty. Vitaliano Aguirre caught the eye of several senators as well as the photographers after he covered his ears when Senator Judge Miriam Defensor Santiago speak and lectures them of being unprepared.
Aguirre said it is normal court practice for prosecutors to withdraw or amend a complaint during a trial.
Atty.
Aguirre said that he do it purposely.
He also said that "Nasasaktan ang tenga ko"
These is some part of their conversation
Santiago: "Granted! If that is in a formal motion, go ahead! Nanghahamon ka."
Senate President Enrile appealed that both side to be calm
Santiago: "Now, he's lecturing me."
Enrile suspended the trial for awhile. And Aguirre walking out while Santiago talk to Atty. Tupas Jr.
