Pay Bill
With your BanKO account, pay bills with ease using your cellphone. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Dial *118*1# to access the BanKO menu
2. Press Reply/Answer and press 4 for PAYMENTS and press Reply/Send
3. Press Reply/Answer and press 1 for PAY BILL and press Reply/Send
4. Type bill amount
5. Type biller code (i.e., Meralco)
6. Type reference number
7. You will see a confirmation screen. If correct, type your 4-digit MPIN
You will receive SMS notification as proof of your payment.

Buy Load
BUY LOAD PROMO MECHANICS
1. This offer shall be available to all BanKO account holders who will purchase a Globe or TM load.
2. For every Buy Load transaction, BanKO account holder shall get a 10% discount.
3. To Buy Load, BanKO account holder should dial 118*1# using their cellphone, to access their BanKO account.
· Press 4 for Payments and press send
· Press for Buy Load and press send
· Type the load amount (available load amount: P10 – P150, P300 & P500)
· Type the 11-digit Globe or TM number
· Type 4-digit MPIN
4. BanKO account holder shall receive an SMS confirmation on the load purchased as well as the 10% discount availed.
5. BanKO accountholder will not be charged for airtime load when they Buy Load. The load purchased will be deducted from their BanKO account.
6. Promo period shall be from March 3, 2012 to March 3, 2013 only.

Send Money
Send Money easily just using your cellphone. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Dial *118*1# to access the BanKO menu.
2. Press Reply/Answer and press 2 for SEND MONEY and press Reply/Send
3. Type amount to be sent (from P50 to P15,000)
4. Type the 11-digit Globe/TM number* of the recipient
5. If you wish to include a message to the recipient, press 1 and type message (ex: for your allowance)
6. Press 2 and type your 4-digit MPIN
Both sender and recipient will receive SMS notification. The total amount that will be deducted from sender’s account is the Amount sent plus Send Money transaction fee
*Recipient should have a BanKO or GCash account
